A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STANDARD CHARGES FOR
HAULED WASTEWATER AND SEPTAGE DISCHARGED INTO
CITY SEWAGE TREATMENT WORKS.
WHEREAS, the City of Moab has enacted an ordinance governing
the discharge by waste haulers of domestic wastes into City sewage
treatment facilities; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to establish standard charges to
recoup the costs of treating said materials;
NOW THEREFORE, the City of Moab, upon action of the governing
body, resolves as follows:
1. The charge for hauled wastewater discharged into City
treatment works shall be ninety dollars ($90.00) per thousand
gallons of material to be treated.
2. This resolution shall remain in force until rescinded or
modified by action of the Governing Body.
3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
Passed and adopted by action of the Governing body of the City
of Moab in open session this o2a4=i- day of A`3r. l , 1998.
