Carteret (the 'Borough') amended the Borough's Salary Ordinance to
reflect salary increases in accordance with the settlement of a col-
lective bargaining agreement with ASFCME Local #3850; and
~, said Ordinance inadvertently included inferences to the job
titles of Recycling Coordinator, and, Board of Health Clerk Typist; and
Wtf~R~2%S, said titles are not covered by the collective bargaining agree-
ment with AFSCME Local #3850.
NOW, THI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Carteret, that all references to the positions of Recycling Coordinator
and Board of Health Clerk Typist contained in ORDINANCE #98-3 are hereby
deleted.
BE IT ~OR']'HK~ O~DAINED, that this Ordinance shall take effect irmmediately.
