A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF MOAB PERSONNEL POLICIES
AND PROCEDURES SECTION 4 ADDING SECTION 4.20
WHEREAS, the City of Moab provides certain employee benefits to its employees and
appointed officers, and
WHEREAS, the City of Moab wishes to extend free family pnvileges at the City
Swimmmg Pool for all classified full time employees and appointed officers,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the governing body of the City of Moab as
follows
Section 4 20 of the City of Moab Personnel Policies and Procedures shall read as follows
4 20 City Pool Pnvilei;es
All Full time classified employees or appointed officers will be granted once a year a
Family Moab Swan Center pass free of charge The pass is restricted to the uses stated
on such pass and will expire at the end of each swim season
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
