Coixncil met in adjourned session, I�layor Vahlsing presiding
and Councilmen all present.
After duly considering all objections to the Blacktopping of
Streets and assessemnts therefor, it was moved by Reddens second
by Hook that all objections be overrulied
Roll Call- Ayes- Boeke- Hedde��s- Junker- Hook- Okones
Nays None -
It was moved by Hook second. by Boeke that we adopt the
Resolution of necessity as proposed, said Resolution being on
file with the Town Clerk, and that the construction of Streets
with Blaektopring be adopted.
Roll Call- Ayes- Boeke- Junker- Hedd.ens-Hook- Okones
Nays none
Id�ayor declared motion carried.
It was moved. by Boeke second by Junker that the
Clerk advertise for bids, for Black topping the streets, and
thah the hearing on bids be held on July 18th.
Roll Call- Ayes- Boeke- Junker- Reddens- Hook and Okones.
Nays` - none

There being no further business it was moved to
