A . Authorize Superintendent to sign the MSBA Project Scope and Budget Agreement and all
Exhibits and Amendments .
B . Authorize Superintendent, the Chair of the Regional School Committee , the Chair of the Building
Committee and other District officers , officials and personnel to sign Exhibits to the MSBA Project
Scope and Budget Agreement .
C . Authorize the Superintendent to make final binding decisions on behalf of the District with
respect to the Project ,
D , Authorize the ClerldSecretary to issue, prior to approval of the meeting minutes , a certification
affirming that these votes were passed .
E . Update on Special Education Program — Dr , Ann Caretti
F . Discussion on the 2019-2020 Budget with Building Principals .
G. Review the Capital Plan ,
