Meeting Minutes
June 1, 2017 12:00 PM

Rick Fereday called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM.
Public Comment: None.
Approval of Minutes from May 4, 2017: The May 4, 2017 meeting minutes were presented for
review and approval. A motion to approve the minutes contingent upon the addition of the
Committees intent for the recommended snow removal rate be for a one year trial was made by
Mark Thorien and seconded by Rick Fereday. The motion passed unanimously.
Lease Rate/Airport Fees: A discussion of current airport fees was discussed to include fuel
flowage, aircraft parking, and air ambulance.
Airport Improvement Program Ramp Repair: The ramp repair project is out to bid with bid
opening scheduled for June 15,.2017.
Agency Agreement: The draft Agency Agreement between the FBO and the City is under
review with the FBO.
'Snow Agreement: The draft Snow Removal Agreement between the FBO and the City is under
review with the FBO.
Hangar Projects: A draft plan for the triangle was reviewed. It was thought an additional row
could be added to the eastern most hangar row. Additional discussion on snow storage/removal
and utilities was had.
Commercial Hangar Lease Policy: A discussion on whether the Committee should develop a
policy for developing lease rate recommendations to City Council was had. Current policy of
individual review will continue.
2016-2017 Snow Review: The committee discussed snow removal over the past winter. It was a
challenging winter, but with the exception of two weeks over the holidays the runway remained
in good shape. Equipment reliability was generally good and personnel rapidly gained
experience. Discussions on snow bank height/distance and levels of service will be had with a
Snow Plan revision.
McCall Comprehensive Plan: The Comprehensive Plan update process continues. The team is
finalizing the goals and is expected to move onto code revisions within the next month.
ALP 021— Land Acquisition Update: Discovery continues. Airport and City staff are
responding to document requests.

Three Month Calendar Review: The three month calendar was reviewed.
Motion to adjourn was made by Mark Thorien and seconded by Cory Dolberry. The Committee
adjourned at 12:37 PM
