Present: Ron Mgrdichian, Beverly Carney, Stefan Galazzi and Richard Weeks
Chairman Mgrdichian called the meeting to order at 6:30
Mr. Weeks recused himself
A Certificate of Appropriateness was granted to Peter Van Oot and Alice Van Oot, 25
Blueberry Island Road, addition and alteration.
On a motion by Mrs. Carney and seconded by Mr. Galazzi, a Certificate of Appropriateness was
granted unanimously.
Mr. Weeks returned to the meeting
A Certificate of Appropriateness was granted to Jamie McGrath from Pine Harbor, agent for
Craig Higgins, 145 Rock Harbor Road, New Building(shed).
On a motion with the condition of shutters to be placed on shed windows by Mr. Galazzi and
seconded by Mrs. Carney, a Certificate of Appropriateness was granted unanimously.
A Certificate of Appropriateness was granted to Stephen Kelly from Sun Run Solar agent to
Butilier, 253 Route 6A, alteration (solar).
On a motion by Mr. Galazzi and seconded by Mr. Weeks, a Certificate of Appropriateness was
granted 3-1, Mrs. Carney opposed.
Katherine and Fran Mustaro of 30 Gull Lane along with Peter Haig and Peter Shannon of
Architectural Design were present for an informal discussion with the committee.
Meeting minutes from April 4, 2019 were approved unanimously. On a motion by Mrs. Carney
and seconded by Mr. Galazzi, the committee approved the minutes unanimously.
On a motion by Mrs. Carney and seconded by Mr. Galazzi, the meeting was adjourned at
8:05pm. •
