Donohue, SECTION 91.16: RESTRAINT OF DOGS Councilor At Large Susan G.Falkoff, WHEREAS,the area known as Whitney Hill Park in the Town is intended for use for Councilor At Large passive recreation;and Anthony Palomba, Councilor At Large Angeline B.Kouneus, WHEREAS,it is desirous to allow, consistent with such passive recreational use,the District A Councilor walking of dogs on leashes at Whitney Hill Park. Cecilia Lenk, District B Councilor NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the City known Vincent J.Councilor Jr., District C Councilo as the Town of Watertown that the Watertown Code of Ordinances, Title IX, General D Regulations; Chapter 91,Animals; Section 91.16: Restraint of Dogs is hereby amended Kenneth M.Woodland District D Councilor by inserting a new paragraph(C)as follows: (C) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph(B) above, dogs on leashes shall be permitted upon marked walking paths in Whitney Hill Park. Delete from sub-paragraph(17)the word"and'; 2. Delete from sub-paragraph (18) the punctuation mark `." and insert in place thereof the language`;and'; and 3.
