Susan G.Falkoff, WHEREAS,the area known as Whitney Hill Park in the Town is intended for use for
Councilor At Large
passive recreation;and
Anthony Palomba,
Councilor At Large
Angeline B.Kouneus, WHEREAS,it is desirous to allow, consistent with such passive recreational use,the
District A Councilor walking of dogs on leashes at Whitney Hill Park.

Regulations; Chapter 91,Animals; Section 91.16: Restraint of Dogs is hereby amended

(C) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph(B) above, dogs on leashes shall be
permitted upon marked walking paths in Whitney Hill Park.
