AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 27 MOAB CITY CODE 1965 AS
AMENDED, RELATING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
UTAH:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB,
THAT Section 27-5-2 of the Ordinances of Moab City, 1965, as amended,
relating to the official zoning map of the City of Moab, be, and the same is,
hereby amended by the addition of the following:
"(e) The following described real property zoned R-2 is hereby re-
zoned as C-4:
Beginning at a point which bears North 269.0 feet
from the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 25
South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Meridian; proceeding
thence West 331 feet; thence North 207 feet; thence
East 331 feet; thence South 207 feet to thepoint of beginning.
Passed by the unanimous vote of all members present of the City
Council of the City of Moab, Utah this 4th day of May 1976.
