Motion by Fischer second by Bantz that J.W. Rosa be appointed
councilman, carried.
Mayor Groninga adminatered oath of offic to J.W. Rosa.
Okones �$ offers a resolution asking that Iowa Elec. Lite &
' Power Co. to install 4 St. on West 6th St. and lSt. lite on
" West Jackson St. Carried.
' Ayes. Bantz-Fischer-Dunker-Okones-Ross. Nayes- None.
° Motion by Fischer second by Okones that Eldon Hussman be
' retained as town attorny at retainer of �10.00 per annum and
' all TegeT Work to be preformed at regular rate a, carried.
