A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSOLIDATION OF BANK ACCOUNTS
Whereas, the City has an escrow account at Solon State Bank; and,
Whereas, to fully utilize and access this account, the best use of it would be to
consolidate the accounts to the existing City bank account at Solon State Bank for the
use of capital projects,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the consolidating of bank accounts at Solon State Bank.
On the 20th day of February, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Orris introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2024-009, A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CONSOLIDATION OF BANK ACCOUNTS and made a motion for
approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Olney.
Ayes: Limkemann, Havens, Orris, Olney, Schnedler.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor
Kasparek declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2024-009, A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CONSOLIDATION OF BANK ACCOUNTS to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 20th day of February, 2024.
