Roll Call: Rita Bolli, Eric McCormick, Allan Morrison, Todd McKenna ,Suzanne Gebhart, Ken
Sterns, Kristin Christensen and Michael Hayes were present. Kara Jeffus was special guest.
Public Comment: None
Approval of minutes for March 11, 2020: Unanimous
Minutes were signed by Rita and Eric
Eric's Report: The full time staff are back and there will be a gradual increase to around 16
when course is in full swing. The course COVID 19 there will be one person per cart unless they
are family members. There has been a fair amount of vole damage and snow mild that is
gradually improving. Jug Mountain course will open Sun at noon.
Allan's report: Opening will be advertised in the paper along with Banyons. The June Father's
Day BB there will have some accommodations with people riding in cars together from Boise
can have the same cart. Since there will be no gatherings of more than 50 people, most
tournaments will have tee times vs shotgun starts. More marshals will be on the course due to
the social distancing as well as other rules outlined by Allan. Tee times are to be scheduled by
phone or computer and before starting the round notification outside the club house by phone
or voice is encouraged. Discussion about not having a Calcutta or social dinner after the McCall
Amateur was discussed. Allan will continue his contract through the 2022 season.
Monthly topic: Both a Review of Superintendent Budget Schedule and Marketing Plan were on
the schedule. Eric will bring more info to the next meeting about the budget. Updated
financials are on the City of McCall website. Marketing was done at the Boise and Spokane golf
shows. Seattle was skipped this year due to pandemic. There will be a big add in the Star News
about the opening of the course tomorrow.
Old Business: The entry sign for the course is on hold due to the Women's and Men's
associations not sure what they can contribute for now. The sign at Davis and Reedy will be in
place by Friday. The Course Architect will be attending the June meeting. The cameras on the
practice area and Cedar as well as around the clubhouse are mostly functional but there is need
for a bigger monitor. May Security is working on the speaker for the driving range.

Next meeting is June 10 and the updated golf course rules will be sent out.
