A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
APPROVING THE STOP SIGN INSTALLATIONS ON SAN JOSE STREET AND
WISCONSIN AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO INSTALL THE
SIGN AND NECESSARY PAVEMENT MARKINGS
WHEREAS, San Jose Street and Wisconsin Avenue is a "T" intersection in the
City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, currently this is an uncontrolled intersection, and
WHEREAS, to more clearly designate the right -of -way at this intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood and approves the
installation of stop sign and legend on northbound San Jose Street at Wisconsin
Avenue
Section 2. That the City Engineer is authorized to install the stop signs,
pavement markings and red curb as determined by engineering staff
Section 3. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16 day of August, 2011.
