A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF MOAB BUSINESS LICENSE FEE
SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, State of Utah regulations require Cities to establish their business license fee
schedule based on actual costs incurred for providing selected types of services to the
business commumty, and
WHEREAS, the City of Moab hired David M Gnffith and Associates (DMG) to conduct
a cost analysis of services provided to Moab businesses, and
WHEREAS, DMG's analysis shows the maximum limit of annual business license fee
charges that the City of Moab could impose, and
WHEREAS, the City of Moab has created a business license fee schedule based on the
DMG analysis,
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB
RESOLVE TO ADOPT THE CITY OF MOAB BUSINESS LICENSE FEE
STRUCTURE AS FOLLOWS
