REGULAR MEETING
May 3, 2011
The Lynwood Public Finance Authority of the City of Lynwood met in a regular meeting
in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 5 32 p.m.
President Castro presiding
Members Rodriguez Santillan, Morton and Castro and were present.
Member Flores was absent.
Also present were Chief Administrative Officer Haley, Authority Counsel Galante, and
Secretary Quinonez.
City Treasurer Alatorre was absent.
Secretary Quinonez announced that the Agenda had been posted in accordance with
the Brown Act.

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Mayor Pro Tern Morton, seconded by
Council Member Rodriguez, and carried to adjourn the regular Lynwood Public Finance
Authority meeting at 5 33 p.m.
