This original SLA is for your files and does not need to be returned. Your new monthly rental rate of $290.20 should be deposited as an electronic funds transfer on or about July 31. AG-84M8-L-11-0004 USDA Forest Service - McCall Helibase McCall Municipal Airport McCall, ID 83638 THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this date by and between the City of McCall, whose address is 216 East Park Street, Hangar 101, McCall, ID 83638, hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government: WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above lease. DATE July 19, 2012 NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended, effective July 1, 2012, as follows: ANNUAL RENT ADJUSTMENT - JULY 2012 A. Current Year Anniversary Month CPI (June 2012) 226.036 *B. Base Year CPI from Lease Commencement Date (June 201 1) 222.522 C. Cumulative CPI Difference (A-B) 3.514 D. New Monthly Rate Rate (G+12) $290.20 * Values for lines B and E are obtained from the original lease date and are not adjusted in conjunction with escalations, the exception being an SLA previously executed changing these values.
