Dear Mr. Anderson:
Enclosed you will find an original Supplemental Lease Agreement (SLA) #1, signed and
executed for the annual rent adjustment for the McCall Helibase Land Lease, Lease No.
AG-84M8-L-11-0004, as outlined in the Lease Agreement under Paragraph 3. This original
SLA is for your files and does not need to be returned. Your new monthly rental rate of $290.20
should be deposited as an electronic funds transfer on or about July 31. If you have any

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this date by and between the City of McCall,
whose address is 216 East Park Street, Hangar 101, McCall, ID 83638,
hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above lease.

NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended,
effective July 1, 2012, as follows:

C. Cumulative CPI Difference (A-B) 3.514

* Values for lines B and E are obtained from the original lease date and are not adjusted in conjunction
with escalations, the exception being an SLA previously executed changing these values.
All other terms and conditions of the lease shall remain in force and effect
