EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, MAY 14, 2002 6:00 P.M. CITY HALL
The Greencastle Common Council met in Executive Session Tuesday, May 14, 2002, 6:00 p.m. at
City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order at 6:05 p.m. On the Roll Call, the
following were found to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Hammer, Councilor Sedlack,
Councilor Liechty and Councilor Rokicki.
The first portion of the meeting was held pursuant to I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(2)(D), Property
Acquisition, for the Park & Recreation Department.
The second portion of the meeting was held pursuant to I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(2)(b)(3) Industrial
Development.
No other items were discussed.
Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Roach, seconded by Councilor Hammer. Vote was
unanimous.
