Ro';erts stated the purpose of the meeting was further discussion of
the budget and discussion of a com,-laint which had been made regarding
Doris's dogs. Roberts reported on a meeting with Milt Hansen and the
barking of the dogs was discussed. Roberts briefly reviewed the
avenues of action and Spence, the Village attorney suggested that he
talk to Doris and explain the circumstances to him. Roberts suggested
to have Spence contact Doris and discuss the abatement of the nuoiance.
The budget was further discussed and Roberts reported on revenues and
cuts in various departments. He also reported on the Hospital budget
and their revenues. There followed considerable discussion on the
wages of the Hospital Adm. Following discussion Fortin moved the
Hospital Adm. be set at $575 per month dependent on a paying operation
but not containing automatic rasies and the salary to be reviowed
annually. The motion was seconded by Fogg and declared carried
unanimously.
Burnside moved the proposed budget be adopted with the changes as
accepted. The motion was seconded by Ruark and ddctred carried
unan imoestry.
Roperts reported on the sidewalk in front of the new telephone
building and stated that Rowles would meet with the Board on the
matter.
