C . 131 . §40 And BWP By-law Public Hearings Requests for Determinations of Applicability Eric Levy, Park Supervisor, Nickerson State Park, requests determinations as to whether the area — buffer zone to inland wetlands, and the work — installation of a wood shed for storing boating equipment to serve Cliff and Little Cliff Ponds , is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act.
