Marshall Anderson brought up several ijzeTs such as toilet for jail
changing street lights Dog tax and etc which were discussed.
Visitor Ralph Pierce made a little talk regarding the closing
of the Lake Bulliva,rd and the matter of extending wester to his property
also mentioned the matter regarding getting his foot hurt, this was
thoroughly discussed with out motion or further action.
Ordinance No b7 was introduced by Chairman Dee, was considered
and discussed, wnere upon it *as moved by Trustee Johnson and seconded by
trustee Hoff that the rules requiring the reading of ordinances on three
different dates be suspended with and that ordinance No b7 be read twice
by title and the third time in full and placed upon its final passage.

Motion was carried.
Whereupon Ordinance No O. AI ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DISTRIBUTION
OF aATER TO CONSUMERS IN THE VILLAGE OF 1CCALL THROUGH kETERS:P ROVIDING
FOR THE INSTILLATION OF DEER BOXES:REGULATING THE DEBTH OF TABS AND SUPPLY
PIPES AND THE BOXING THEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT BY THE PROPERTY
OWNERS OF THE COST OF SUCH IETER BOXES AND THE BOXING OF SAID TAPS .AND
SU'PLY PIPES, was read twice by title and the third time in full and placed
upon its final passage.

Aye Chairman Dee Aye. Vote Unamous and the Lotion Carried.
Ordinance No b7 was then ordered published in the Payette ioake Star
according to lair.
