Members of the Brewster Affordable Housing Trust and the Housing Partnership will be participating in the
Winter Lower Cape Peer Group Meeting . Facilitated by the Community Development Partnership (CDP) , the
peer group is an informal discussion space for Lower Cape municipal officials and town staff who are involved
in housing production . Town housing updates will be shared along with a discussion of Accessory Dwelling
Unit (ADU) bylaws .
