The following were sworn in to serve as trustees
for the ensuing term :

The retir~hng members, B. T.Jornson and B.B.IJIcCall,
were the recipients of a vote of thanks from tl:e
board for their assistance and co-operation during
their term of office.
It was moved by Theodore Hoff and seconded by
R.L.Page that the Board retain S. uW.Dee as chair-
man for the ensuing term. This motion was carried
unanimously.
