The application of Dr. U.S.Craft for the position of
Village Physician was placed before the Board. After
discussion, it was decided to take no action on the
matter at this time.
Several complaints hav3.ng reached the Board regarding
the u.~sanitary cordit ion of cess pools, etc. , on
various properties adjoining the Lake, it was unanimously
agreed that the Board, or all members who could possibly
attend, make an inspection of the se~vage~ and waste disposal
systems in use. I~rand:~y, June 6, was fixed as the date o~
said inspection.
Ordinance Pao. 59 was introduced, xead and considered,
whereupon it was moved by Page and seconded by Shiefer,
that the rules requiring the reading of ordinances at
three different dates be dispensed with and that Ordinance
Pyo. 59 be read twice by title and the third time in full
and placed upon its fdnal passage. Upon roll call the
vote ware as follaws : Dee, aye; Hoff, aye; Page, aye,
Berry, aye; Shiefer, aye. I~hotion carried unani.:~ously.
