Whereas, the Standard Specifications for this contract provides for such work to be performed, the following change is recommended.
General or Standard Change Order Explanation
This change order Icnludes the cost to place 3 each, number 3 AWG copper wires in 1-114 inch rigid conduit, buried from the power pole with the
transformer adjacent of the Veterans Park restroom to a meter base provided and placed as part of this change order and provide cable and
conduit for Richmond Power and Light to make the connection to the transformer and to the meter base since this type of work is not inicuded in
the Richmond Power and Light service Installation and there were no quantities inducted in the bid proposal that Included this service connection.
