Meeting called to order by Chairman Berry.
Resolution
Be it resolved by board of *ustees that we do adopt as plans and
specifications for pipe lines of a municiple water works the blue
prints plans and specifications submitted by J G Matt subject how
ever to such minor changes as the board may deem necessary; this
resolution to cover only pipe lines complete and not the tank and
pumping plant and be it resolved that a copy of said plans and
specifications be filed with the Clerk as official plans.
MOTION made by Bothwell and seconded by Arnold that the
resolution regarding above and foregoing resolution be adopted.
Vote taken and unamiously carried.
Resolution
BE it resolved by the Board of trustees that we do
Employ Robert Filson to do and excavation for and properly lLy and
install the pipe lines and hydrants for the Liuniciple water works
of McCall and that we do pay him for such services twenty five
cents per linial foot and that we do pay him eighty imadow per cent
of completed work each Saturday night remining twenty per cent to
be paid when the work is entirely completed and accepted, said
work to be in accordance with *ha under that certain contract and
agreement this day submitted by the Village Attorney which said
contract we do authorize and empower the chairman of the Boara of
Trustees and the Clerk of the Village to execute all of which how
ever to be subject of approval of the Village Attorney before the
Village becomes hereby bound. - Continued next page

resolution be adopted

Resolution
BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of Trustees of the Village of MoCall
Idaho on this 17th day of July 1917 in meeting assembled, that we
do employ the firm of Lucas and McAdams of Boise Idaho and New Meadows
Idaho and suoh addition to saidfirm as may during the time herein
specified, to be made, if any as attorneys for the dais Village of
McFall during the term of office of the present Board Of Trustees, that
is -to say, until the first Monday of May 1919..
That +, for said serviced', and as taa a retainer fee
the said law firm to receive and sum of $10.00 per month payable
Monthly together with all expenses inourred in traveling by them,
when they are ordered or requested by the laid Board of Xrustees to
maketrips to meet with the said Board of Trustees, or on other
business for and on behalf of said Village; said retainer fee and
expenses, to be fall and complete renumeratbon to them for all advice
given on ma tters of law, and all work done, save and exoepting aotual
Court work in an Idaho or Federal Court, or before the Public Utility
Commission, or other commission governing the action of said Village
in which oourt and Commission work the said law firm, andsuch additions
as may be thereto added during the life hereof, ifany, are also employed
and retained by the said Village of McCall, but at additional fee
and pay thereof in such sum as may be resonable. Nothing herein s4all
prevent The Board of Trustees if they at any time think best ,-and see
fit, from employing additional council to assist with the trial of
any cause to which the said Village is a party.
Be it further resolved that a certified copy hereof
be sent by the Clerk of the Village of McCall to the said firm
Lucas and McAdams at New Meadows Idaho and that if they intend to
accept the offer hereinabove contained, that they be required to file
with the Clerk of said Village their aedeptance hereof in writing
with ten (10) days after the receipt by them of said eertifled
copy thereof.

Motion made by Bothwell seconded by Arnold that the above resolution
be accepted.

Motion made by Bothwell second by Arnold that the Village
attorned be instructed to write up a dog Ordinance.

Motion made by Bothwell second by Arnold that attorney be
instructed to dictate letter to Advocate about space and price of
printing of Levy and etc

Motion made by Bothwell Clerk be instructed to write McCall
light and Power Company to furnish all night ;service until October
15ts.1317
