Ordinance No 53 was then presented and considered,whereupon it was moved
by Page and second by Coski that the rules requiring the reading; of
ordiinances on three different dates be dispenced with and that ordinanee
No 63 be read twice by title and the third time in full and placed upon
its final passage.
Upon Roll Call the motion was as follows,Peabody Aye,Page Aye, Deinhard
Aye,McCall Aye,Coski Aye,Nays None.Rotion Carried.
Whereupon ordinance No.53 An ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE
GENERAL AND SPECIAL EXPENSES OF THIS; VILLAGE OF MCCALL IDAHO FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1ST 1924;SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSE
FOtt WHICH SUCH APPROP,iITION ARE MADE AND THE AMOUNT APPROPRIATED FOR
EACH OBJECT AND PURPOSE.AND LEVYING AN All VALOREM TAX FOR RAISING OF
SUCH MONEYS.was read twice by title and the third time in full and
placed upon its final passage.
Upon Moll Call the motion was as follows Peabody Aye,Page Aye,Deinhard
Aye,McCall Aye,Coski Aye,Nays None,Motion carried.
Ordinance No 53 was then ordered. published in the Payette Lake Star
according to law.
Passed and approve ,- h day of Aug.1924.
