Motion by Coski and second by McCall that the Village install a fire
hydrant in the alley on 4th.street between Park & Lenora Streets.
Motion carried. Notion by Coski and second by Page that a street
light be put up on the corner of 4th. and Park Streets .
Motion Carried.
Ordinance No. 54 was then introduced and considered, whereuponit was
moved by Page and seconded by Coski, that the rules requiring the
reading of ordinances on three different daysbe dispensed withand
that ordinance Bo. 54 be read twice by title and the third time in
fall and placed up on its final passage. Upon roll callthe motion
was as follows. Peabody Aye. Page Aye. Coski Aye.McCall Aye. Nays
none. Wm. Deinhard being absent and not voting. Motion Carried.
Whereupon Ordinance No. 54 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS THREE
FOUR, FIVE, SIX, SEVEN AND EIGHT OF ORDINANCE NO. 44 AND SECTION NO.
ONE OF ORDINANCE NO. 45 waa read by title twice and the third time in
full and plaoed upon its final passage. 0 n-roll call the vote was as
follows. Peabody Aye. Page Aye. Coski Aye. McCall Aye. Nays none Wm.
Deinhard being absent and not vdtang.And so Ordinance No. 54 was
approved Ordinance No. 54 was ordered published in the Payette Lake
Star according to law. Hoff and Brown presented a corrected plat of
their Ist. addition to the Village of McCall which was duly approved
and signed. Clerk instructed to post notices of the Municipal Election
To be held April the 28th. I925.
John Martens, Grace Bennett and Thomas McCall was appointed Judges of
the above mentioned election. On Motion tUe Meeting closed.
