On motion S.WDee was eleoted Chairman of the Board.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved as read.
The following bills presented and alliwed as presented.

A petition fof the creation of an improvement district commencing at the
intersection of Ist. and Lake Streets and continuing Bast along Lake Street
to the intersection of 3rd. and Lake Street, was presented and considered
whereupon it was moved by McCall and second by Hoffthat the Chairman employ
an engimeer(i.e.) Joe Scofield and have him make an estimate of the cost of
improving the district as asked in said petition. Motion Carried.
At this Meeting Theo. Hoff took the oath as Trustee.
Mrs. D.J.Coski Resigned as treasurer and W.W.Williams was appointed by the
Board as Treasurer to fill the vacancy.

O Motion by Hoff and second by McCall that the Village pay not to exceed

O forty cents per.hour for man single handjand not to exceed thirty five cents
per. hourfor team or not to exceed seventy five cents per hour for both man
and team . Motion Carried. Petition for extension of water main called up and
on motion by Hoff and second by Page no action will be taken at present;
R.L.Page was appointed Chairman of the finance commitee

Motion by Page a second by Hoff that the net prooeeds of the water money
be kept seperate Motion Carried.

The entire revenue of the Village of McCall for the
year amounted to the sum of $

The estimate of the geedIng of lake street was seventy five cents per.
running foot or $22.00 per lot. Clerk instructed to inform S.B.Hamrick
to inform the signers of the petition of the estimated cost of leveling
Lake Street with a I/2 inch slope per foot
The Board was of the opinion that it was not advisable to bring the
street up to grades asked for in the petition.
