Ordinance No.55 was then i ntroduoed, and considered, whereupob it was
moved by McCall and seoond by Page, that the rules requiring the reading
of ordinanoes on three different days; be dispenoed with and that ordinance
No. 55 be read twice by title and the third time infull and placed upon its
final passage. Upon roll oall the motion was as follows. Dee Aye. Hoff Aye:
Page Aye. MoCall Aye. Nays none. Coski being absent and not voting.
Motion Carried.
Whereupon Ordinance No. 55 AN ORDINANCE OPENING LAKE BOULEVARD FROM PINE
STREW TO HEMLOCK STREET BEN-OPEN;NG-GPEN.ING-HEMT6GN- THENCE ALONG HEMLOCK
EASTPROOSEVELT AVENUE. AND ASKING FOR TIE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
OF FOROSSING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE O.S.L.RAILROAD AND HEMLOCK ST.
was read twine by title and the third time in full and placed upon its
final passage. On roll call the vote was follows. Dee,Aye: Hoff, Aye.
Page, Aye. MoCall,Aye. Nayes,none. Coski being absent and not voting.
And so ordinanoe no. 55 was approved. Ordinanoe no.55 was ordered
published in the Payette Lake Star',aecording to law.
Meeting closed subject to call.

Ordinance No. 56 peesented was then introduoed and considered, whereupon
it was moved by Page and seoonded by Hoff, that the rules requiring the

Whereupon Ordinance No. 56 An Ordinance appropriating moneysfor the
General and Speoial expenses of the Village of Wall for the fiscal
year , beginning May the first I925.and levying an ad valorem tax
for the raising of such moneys. was read by title twice and the third
tie in full and placed upon its final passage. On roll call the vote
was as follows . Dee Aye. Hoff Aye. Page Aye. MoCall Aye. Nays None.
Coski being absent and not voting. And so ordinance No.56 was approvedi'"
