The Clerk was ordered topurchase 300 feet of 4 inch
for the extension of the main to Mr Geelans Auto Camp.
A Resolution was presented read.
Whereas, The Village of McCall has had: several inquiries ,as to the
purchase of the Municipal v"ater works of the Village of Mc all Idaho and.
Whereas the disposing of the Munici al Water Torks by the Village of
McCall is essential to the betterment of the Village by clearing the
Village of all indebitness.
Be it resolved that the sale of the Municipal `'ater ?"orks be put to
a vote by the people and be placed upon the regular ballot at the regular
Municipal Election to be held April 23 1929.
Be it further resolved, that i' such prayer be granted., that the Village
will by this resolution does here by promise andagree to sell the
Municipal Water V:orks for the Sum of Ten thousand (10,000.) dollars
cashor at his election to pay two thousand (2,000.) cash andto assume
the present bond issue of Eight thousand. (8,000.) dollars.
It was moved_ by Geo Meer and Seconded by Pagethat the
resolution be adopted in its entirety This motion was carried Baum
unanimously.

Done in open meeting in the Village of Medal' at the
regular meeting of the Village of Mean.
The Chairman appointed the Judges and Clerks for the
regular lunithipal election to be held tinril 23 1929.
There being no further business meeting adjourned.
