("-- Whereas, The Village of McCall has had severL1 in'uiries as to the
purchase of the Municipal rater "arks of the Village of McCall; and
"hereas, the disposing of the kunicipal Tater "'orks by the Villar7e
of McCall is essential to tire betterment of the Village, by clearing
the Village of all indebitness.
Be it resolved, tht the sale of the Municipal rater Torks by put
to a vote by the people, and placed upon the regular ballot at the
regular Municipal Election held on Lpril 23 1929.
Be it further resolved, that if such prayer be granted, that the. Village
will and by this resolution does hereby promise and agree to sell the
Municipal Tater works for the sum of ten thousand dollars $10,000.00 cash
or at his election to pay two thousand (2,000 ) cash and to assume the
present bond issue of eight thousand (8,000.) dollars.
