sell the Municipal 'eater ' orks to H E des Granges for a cash
sum of Ten Thousand dollars, question,

Motion by Berry and Seconded. by McCall that the Village
Grant to the purchasers of the McCall Light and. Power Co a
Franchise upon roll call the motion was as follows, Miteny !itoted.

voting he being absent, Motion was carried..
