Resignation of P E Whitney as chairman and. Trustee read by the clerk
motion by McCall and seconded by Shiefer that the resignation be accepted.moti
Carried.
Motion by Shiefer and seconded. by Page that J P McCall be
appointed temporary Chairman motion carried.
Trustees instructed clerk to pay on water bond.
Clerk was instructed to write Mr Kerby regarding the hiring of
a village Attorney.
The following bills were allowed andordered paid.
