as presented and published., same to be advertized in the Fayette Lake Star.
Bids to be opened. Friday ilay 16th 1930 at 8 PM This being for the erection
of a Village concrete jail.
Berry and McCall
Chairman appointed/as a committe to dispose of the present wooden
., motion was made to continue meeting until a later date subject to
call of the Chairman.

were opened at 8 Pm with the results

L fter considering the bids as received a motion was made by
Shiefer and seconded by McCall that the Village award the contract
to Sutton and. McMullen for the amount of their bid of $650.00.
The Clerk was instructedto draw up a contract for the building of the
Village jail.
The Chairman appointed. alma Berry, McCall and Shiefer as a committe
to look after the building of said jail.
