Meeting called to order by Chairman Bothwell

Moved by Shiefer seconded by Berry that jail be accepted.
after being completed by contractors Motion carried.
Motion by Carr and. seconded. by Shiefer that Meyers be instructed
to send budget to Commissioners as prepaired by Auditor "Van Deusen
Motion carried.
The Chairman appointed as a committeed to see that the Marshall clean
up alley between Block 1 and 2 Matta
Moved. by Shiefer and seconded. by Berry that the Marshall and Clerk
read the meeters between June 28th and 30th motion carried.
Moved by Shiefer and seconded by Berry that the Marshall shall get
lumber from Browns Tie and Lumber Co and repaid walk between lake
street and the Lake before July 1st Motion carried.
Moved. by Shiefer and seconded. by Berry that meeting be continued at a
later date. Motion carried.
