Frank Kerby was present and was asked various -uestions with andto draw up reference to Village affairs emaYgrasa*iad two ordinances skir urkaxkard Immiasixxxiaixtaxdmumpz for the next meeting. Motion by McCall and seconded by Carr that meeting be adjourned *Mil continued T ednesday night at 8 I'm July 9th. Carr Present Clerk was orderedto read letter fro:m J D Mc�all which statedhis opinion as to continuing the present marshall. Mr Hubbard present marshall handed in his resignation and was accepted. Ordinance Dumber 64 was introduced considered whereupon a motion was made by Carr and seconded by Shiefer that the riles requiring the reading of ordinances at three different meetings be dispensed with andthat ordinance Number 64 be read by iiiia twice by title and the third tits in full andplaced upon its final passage, whereupon a roll call the vote was as follows, Ttustees Bothwell, Shiefer Carr and Berry voted Aye None voted Nay McCall being absent and not voting, the motion was nramously carried. Continued from previous page. 18"7 Ordinace Number 64 " Fixing salaries of Village officers and. providing for the payment of the same; requiring certain officers of the Village of Mcall to give Bonds and regulating the amounts thereof; and relating to the oath of office of Ville ge officers", was read twice by title andthe third time in full and placedupon its final passage a roll call vote was taken with the results as follows, Trustees Bothwellm Shiefer Berry and Carr voted Aye None voted Nay, McCall being absent and not voted, ordinance No 64 was approved and ordered publishedin the Payette loake Star according to law Ordinance Number 65 was introduced considered whereupon a motion was was made by Carr and seconded by Shiefer that the rules requiring the reading of ordinances at three different meetings be dispensed with and that ordinance Number 65 be read twice by title and the third time in full and be planed. upon its final passage, whereupon a roll call vote was taken with the results as follows, Bothwell Shiefer Carr and Berry voted Aye None voted Nay McCall being abesnt mad not voting. Motion was unamously carried.. Ordinance Number 65 " An Ordinance reiplating to Village officers; Creating certain Village Officers and prescribing powers and duties of the Village officers", was read twice by title and the third time in full and placed upon its final passage a roll call vote was take rith the result as follows Bothwell, Shiefer, Carr and Berry voted eye none voted Nay McCall being absent and not voting Motion was unamously carried. Ordinance Number 65 was approved and ordered published in the Payette Lake Star according to law.
