Meeting called for the purpose of accepting or rejeoting plans
of grades of propoaed sidewalks and the survey of The Cemetary
Lotion by Carr and second by McCall that the Village accept
the grades on 3rd Street from Lenor to Lake Street on Lake Street
from 3rd to First. Motion Carreied.
Motion by Berry second by Carr that the preliminary Plat of
cemeAty be accepted and instructed to make finished plat. Motion
carried.
Motion by Carr second by Berry that the Cemetary be named
" Evergreen Cemetary, Motion carried.
Motion by Carr aecond by McCall that Mr Luck stake out road
in Cemetary and stake six tiers of Blaoeks Motion Carried.
Motion by Carr second by Berry that Mr Luck employ his own
helper to stake cemetary wages 50 cents per hour Motion carried.
Motion by Carr aecond by McCall that the chairman appoint
a special police for two nights to assist in keeping order Holloweens
night, that is Oct 29th aad 30th.
Motion to adjourn until next regular meeting.
