!Motion by Carr and seconded by Berry that the Clerk
be instructed to draw up contract giving the Masonic: Lodge their
equity in the Insurance on the Village Hall- Motion carried.
Motion by Carr seconded by Shiefer that the Clerk draw
warrant for premium on Insurance Policy on Village Hall -Motion carried.
The Chairman appointed !file A Carr, J D McCall and Geo
Shiefer as a committee to draft Mans for tht constructing three
rooms in first story of the Village hall, putting up notices for
letting contract bids to be opened by Chairman of Committee
Motion carried.
Motion by Carr seconded by Shiefer that the Marshall
be instructed to move all cam off the streets at night to post
notices, the object being so as to allow the snow plows to do better
work. lotion carried.
Motion by Carr seconded by Aliefer that the Committee have
the toilet put into Jail Motion carried
Motion to adjourn until a later date upon call of the

MaiiamxityMr Luck presented grades and Plana of the proposed
cement side walk. .after explaining in detail lad giving all information
asked the papers were giver to the Clerk for future reference.
Mgr Luck then presented his bill for work done this fax and
explained that if the Village accepted his plans specification ald
side walk be completed that he was to rece1ve seven percent of the
cost deducting any amount that had been paid.
motion was made by McCall uric' seconded by Carr that
Air Lucks bill be allowed.
Motion to adjourn subject to call of the
chairman it being a continued meeting.
