Four bids were read by the Clerk for the Kelaolimning of the hall
and painting the wood work dicer considering the bide it was decided
that Lester Flannery be awarded the contxact Yor the sum of X45.00
ga per bid.
ldotion by ahiefer that the position of present chairman be
declared vacant motion seconded by Berry, Chairman refused to put the
motion.
Motion to adjourn.
Special meeting called by the Yil]a ge Trustees
for the purpose of declaring the present paaition of Chairman vacant
end appointing a new Chairman
