C J Men was appointed to fill vacancy of Sam ~'ggers aho
resigned. Mr lllen was immediately sworn in by the Clerk.
l motion by BdcCall and seconded by Alen that a street light be
in stalled at the corner of Fine and 2nd street, motion carried.
The following bills were allowed and ordered paid.

desiginate the First State Bank of Donnelly, Donnelly Idaho as
their official Bank, and instructed the Clerk to get a bond
