AUTHORIZING BIDS —
PAR1C IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that Carteret Park in the Borough
of Carteret is in need of improvements; and
NOW, THEREF ORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
t. IThat the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are
T hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications far the Carteret Park
Improvements Project and are further authorized to advertise for the
----receipt of formal bid_ proposals_ therefore. - _
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Agent and the Borough Engineer.
