T.ae ri50' of Ei" wood pipe ordered a~ the previous meeting
to replace the worn out steel pipe in the alley thru Bxown
Tie and I,uuiioer. Coct~ lumber yard having arxived the Cozzx-cil
discussed the digging of th.e ditch and laying of same.
Motion by Arnold ,that the digging of the ditch be done by
local labor at a flat price of 10~ a lineal foot. Seconded
by Berry.Vote was urssxiimous in favor of motion.
Board instructed the Clerx to pay vhe barren Piuw~ing Co
for the pipe and fittings immediately upon receipt of
bill for same.
