That Ordinance T~To.l2 of the Village of I1~cca1l..~n Ordinance forbidding Children under 16 yr's of age being on the streets after 9 O'clock at night,and requiring the sounding of Curfe~r at that hDUr be enforced beginning T~ov.Z5.e.nd that the fire siren be used instead of a bell to indicate the curfew hour. Seconded by Berry. Vote was. unanimous in favor of Motion. Clerk was instruct -ed to have notice inserted. in the local paper that a shor -t blast of fire siren would indicate curfew hour.
