Geo.Shiefer and Galvin Dorsey met with the Council and
°"~`' requested permission in behalf of the McCall airpo rt
Committee to build an Airplane Banger on the Villa ge
xirport.Said Hanger to be deeded to the Village at the
expiration of 4yrs from date Contxact was entered into
~~~hich was October 31.1932. Totion by ArnoldlThat t he Vi11
-age grant the request of the airport Committee,wit3~i the
understanding that said`Hanger reverts to the Vill age at
the termination of th contract,and that a copy of the
contract between thi Committee s.nd t~,.A.Bennett be set
out in full in the m notes.. Seconded by Zeinhard. Vote
was unanimous in fa or of blot i on.
Motion by Reinhard. That Ordinance T~To.l2 of the Village
of I1~cca1l..~n Ordinance forbidding Children under 16 yr's
of age being on the streets after 9 O'clock at night,and
requiring the sounding of Curfe~r at that hDUr be enforced
beginning T~ov.Z5.e.nd that the fire siren be used instead
of a bell to indicate the curfew hour. Seconded by Berry.
Vote was. unanimous in favor of Motion. Clerk was instruct
-ed to have notice inserted. in the local paper that a shor
-t blast of fire siren would indicate curfew hour.
