Meeting called to order by Chairman McCall. Minutes of prvious meeting ream and approved. There was a number of visitors present most of whom were here to find what the reason was that the work on the dock was stopped.There was considerable discussion both for and against fixing the dock at this time.Motion by Roy May that the Council put it up to a vote of the visitors present as to whether the dock be finished now or later.Seconded by Dr C.S.Jones.There were 19 visitors present,and 15 voted that the dock be finished now. John Berry Wm. D e inhard J.H.Hayes requested that the Village Board appoint a committee of three members to work with him in the distribution of the R.F.C.relief money,said committee to supervise the distribution of same.Motion by Deinhard that this request be granted.Seconded by Berry.Vote was unanimous in favor of'motion.The Council then appointed,Dr C.S.Jones,WmBothweil,and J.R.Berry as the committee. A.A.Goodman presented a letter from the University of Idaho which was read by the Clerk.This letter recommended that a Law be enacted by the State which would permitVillages etc.to charge rental for the use of sewer systems.After discussing the merits of this proposal motion was made by Berry.That the Clerk forward this letter to Senator y°r.W.Williams and request in behalf of the Village that he sponsor a bill 1000 at the present session of the Legislature,which if passed would permit the Village to charge rental for the use of a sewer system. Seconded by Deinhard.Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. The following bills were read and were ordered paid. Deposited in Donnelly Bank from Jan.10 to Feb.10.-----$2396.17 Warrants drawn from Jan.10 to Feb.10. 2545.61 Balance on Deposit in Donnelly Bank Feb.10.-- 46.76 Note.
