Meeting called to order by Chairman Carr.
Ordinance Ivo.`l~,,an Ordinance regulating the sale
of 3.2 Beer in the Village of I~cGall was read by Clerk.
lotion by Arnold ,That an emergency be declared
tb exist 8nd that the rules requirung the reading of an
Ordinance at t~reee consecutive meetings before voting on same
be dispensed wit h, and that Ordinance No.`l2 be read twice by
Tits and the third time in full and final vote be taken
on s~}me. Seeonded by Ulmer. Vote was unanimous in favor of
motion. W,hereu on Ordinance No.72 was read by Clerk twice by
Title and the third time in full. lotion by Ulm~r.T~iat
Ordinance No.'r2 ne accepted as read, Seconded by Arnold.

Carr aye. Nayes,~one. Ordinance No.7~~ was then slg;ned
by Chairman Carr,and the Clerk was instructed to have a
copy of same punlished in one issue o~ the Payette Lakes Star.
Potion ay Ulmer.That the Clerk have sufficent
License Blanks printed to take care of anticipated applicants.
Seconded by ~~inchester. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion.
Poved and carrird that meeting be adjourned.
