Ordinance~No.'l4 ~n Grdinance referring to Ordinance- No.'7:~, of tree Village ot" _McCa~.l, Idaho,decla:ring the intention of tree Board otY Trustees of said Villagge to zs~sue municipal negotiable coupon bonds in t rle sum of X35, 000.00 for t$e construct ion of a sev~erline system within said Village and giving a brief general description . thereof: providing t~or the issuance of said bonds it~ authorized by tree qualified -electors ot~ said Village:providing the ultimate maturities of said bonds to be within twenty °yeers after the date of issuance thereof :providing for the amortised payments in accordance with the laws or" the State of Idaho :fixing the maximum rate o~ interest thereon :calling especial electron in said Village for the purpose of suomitting to the qualified electors who are taxpayers thereof the question of the issuance ot` said municipal bombs in said sum• providing far notice of said election and the holding thereof; providing- for rates and charges against the owners of premises using such works and the collection thereot,and making said charges a lien u~on.the premises served~by such works:providing for the creation of a sinking fund for the payment of the principal of said bonds as the same may fall due,and Yor tyre payment ot~ the interest thereon. was read py Clerk. Lotion by Ulmer, ghat an emergency existing therefor the rules requiring the reading of zn Ordinance on three several days ~ suspended and that Ordinance No.74,be read twice,by title anal third time In full and be placed on the calend8r for final vote.. Seconded by Winchester. Vote was by roll call as follows, arnold, eye. Ulmer,.. ~.ye. ~Ginchester, eye. Deinhard, ay e. No Nayes. Motion unanimously carried. ti~hereuuon Ordinance No.r14 was read by Clerk, twice by title aid third time in full. Motion b brnold, That Ordinance No.74 be passed as read, Seconded by Ulmer. Vote v~aas by roll call as follows. Deinhard, hys. Arnold, eye. Ulmer, eye. "in.ehester, ayye. No Tlayes. Ordinance No.7~ was passed unanimously. Ordinance N o.~74 was then signed by Chairman Carr,and Clerk was instructed to have copy of same published in one issue of Payette Lakes Star. The question of date of holdeng Bond Election was trot up and discussed. Lotion py Deinhard that Bond .Election be held on Sept.12. Seconded by Ulmer. Vote was unanimous In favor of motion.
