1. Regular Meeting: Roll Call
Barry called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.
2. Approval of Agenda:
Philip Vandernail moved, and Deb Buhayar seconded the motion to approve the
Agenda. Motion carried: 4-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes – August 25th 2020 (Need to be approved in next meeting)
Deb Buhayar moved, and Tara Rose seconded the motion to approve the consent
agenda. Motion carried: 4-0.
