LE 0 OE WELTING AN OFFICE TO BE KNOWN
AS WATER SUPERIMEND1,AT AND OMISSION& OF STREETS
AND ALLEYS OF THE VILLZE uF MoCALIA3 IDAHO. mND
DEFINING DUTIES AND FIXING WARY OF SAID OFFICE
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Chairman and the
Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall.Idaho,that
beginning April 1.1935,there shall be an Office henceforth
to be known and designated as.later.Superintendent and
Commissioner Of Streets and Alleys. said Office to have
eharglof the operation and maintainence of the Village
Pump Plant and later System and maintainence of Streets
and Al eys and other property of the Village of McCall and
other duties in connection therewith as may arise from time
to time.
Section 2. Salary of said Office to be $100.00 per
Month beginning April 1.198.5
Section 3. Incumbent of said office to be appointed

by and under the sitiervision o the Chairman and tne Board
of Trustees of the 'Maga of McCall and all expenditures
regaring
dless of kature which are eemed neccessary by Incumbent
of -said Office for improv,replaceing or maintaining said
water system,streets and alleysAtc.must first be submitted
to and passed and approved by tie Chairman and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Wail, Idaho, or to some member
of said Board appointed by the other members of said Board
to pass on said expenditures
