Special meeting of the Board of Trustees called
for the purpose of .meeting with a committee from the
local Chamber or Commerce to discuss the building of
Sewer System by the Village.

order by Chairman Peer`.

Fred Taylor,attorney for the Village S also
Present at this _meeting.
There 4S considerable discussion. in regard to
constructing a Sever System in the Village. The general
opinion was that the Village was badly in need of a
Sewer System and that under the present setup of the
Public �Lorks , dflinistration whereby the Oevernmen.t would
donate 4o16 of the total cost oCapproved; l�zoject of this
nature that now W4S the opportune time to construct some.
Viill E.Gibson ,Civil Engineer, who made a complete
Survey for_ a Sever System for the Village in lye and
Prepared plans and submitted application for a Government
Loan to construct same at that time,was present at this
meeting. fir Gibson informed the Council that these plans
were readily available and could be put in shape to submit
with an application for a loan in a short time. Er Gibson
also stated that he could find out who would hove charge
of the making of loans for this section of the State.
Er Gibson was requested by the Council to do this and inform
them as soon as possible.
lotion by Reinhard. That C.E•Brown be appointed to
contact Governor C .Ben moss and rind out if and when this iti
money would be available and request allocation of amount
neccessary to construct the Sewer System. Seconded oy Howell.
Vote wrs 1111213imous in favor of motion.
