Special meeting of the Board of Trustees called for the
Lurpose of laying plans for abtaining Eights -of -Way for Sewer
ines: Setting date for Municipal Bond Election: and selecting
a Trustee fv fill the vacancie created by the resignation of
E.a.Vance.

Leetinu called to order by uhairman Peer.
kr Carl E.Brown was present at this meeting and informed
the Council that Mr C.Van Duesen and himself had Oonferred with
7t" Governor Noss and other Officials in charge of Government aid
. in financing municipal pro'ects such as the Sewer System and
their advice was that the first steps would be to obtain jfhe
Eights -of -ways neccessary for the sewer lines and hold an
�_ Eleetioh to find if Bonds in an amount sufficent to finance
the project could be veted.
Motion by Reinhard. That a Municipal Bond Election be
held on August 6,1935 to vote on Bonding the Village for
027.000.00 7.000.00 which amount with the 45% additional which is
grante& by the Government would provide an amount sufficent
to complete the project. Seconded by Freeman. Vote was
unanimous in favor of motion.
Motion by Howell. That the clerk begin immediately to
try and obtain tree neecessary nights -of -ways for the Sewer
lines. Seconded by Freeman. dote w4s unanimous in savor of motion.
Motion by Freeman. That a vote of thanks be given
Mt 0.E.Browm and kr C.Van.Duesen for their efforts in
obtaining data on the necuessary procedure for government aid.
Seconded by Reinhard. vote was unanimous in favor of motion.
Motion by Deinhard. That Wm.E.McCall be appointed tb
fill the vacancie on the Board of Trustees created by the
resignation of E.A.Vance. Seconded by Freeman. Vote was
unanimous in favor of motion. fir McCall being present was
then sworn in by the clerk.
There being no further business to come reef ore
this meeting, motion was made to adjourn. Meeting Adjogrned.
